WPHCCC field teams from A1 Grade to D2 Grade. A1 Grade is the elite turf based competition in the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai and Hills District Cricket Association (HK&HDCA). A2 plays on both turf and synthetic turf wickets.

All other Grades (B1 Grade and lower Grades) play on synthetic turf surfaces.

Games are played on Saturday afternoon between 1.00 pm to around 6.00 pm. Games are a combination of 1-Day (75 overs a day) and 2-Day games (40 overs each innings).
