 To receive apologies.
 To consider and approve the minutes of the 93rd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 1st August
2019
 To receive any correspondence.
 To present and adopt the following:
o The 94th Annual Report,
o The Honorary Treasurer’s Financial Statements for Season 2019/20,
o The Honorary Auditor’s Report for Season 2019/20.
 To elect the Office Bearers for Season 2020/21.
 To elect Patrons for Season 2020/21.
 To elect an Auditor for Season 2020/21.
 To deal with any Notices of Motion or Special Resolutions.
 Presentations:
o To consider any recommendations for Life Membership.
o To present, if recommended, The Jim Fuggle Award for Outstanding Service.
 To deal with any other business.
