Hello folks. Andrew and I attended the official handover of the keys to the new Community Centre last night and a walkthrough of the operating agreement. I have a hard copy of the agreement and will send a pdf version through on Monday. We will need to formally sign this off. It is exciting and we are now able to have our next ExCo meeting in the new Community Centre.  The agenda will be limited so that we can have enough time to walk through the opportunities and risks. I have included Phill Hando in this email distribution as he has kindly agreed to come onto the Executive in a Vice President role to provide the leadership around our Club’s use of the facility.

I will confirm arrangements shortly but am looking at:

• Where:                 Greenway Park Community Centre.

I have included DA in this invitation as he is keen to complete an annual review with us with a view to seeing what support we need for next season.
