To All Life Members, Executive Members, Members of Affiliated bodies and Patrons,
Notice is hereby given for the 96th Annual General Meeting of the HK&HDCA, which will be held on Tuesday 26th July 2022 at Hornsby RSL, from 8.00pm.

Attached is a copy of the nomination form for the following positions of the HK&HDCA Committee for 2022/2023 season: (Please fill out accordingly if you wish to apply for a position.)
- the President;
- the Senior Vice-President;
- the Junior Vice-President; and
- the Treasurer; who shall also act as Public Officer of the Association.
The eleven ordinary members of the Committee are:
- the Honorary Senior Competition Secretary;
- the Honorary Junior Competition Secretary;
- the Honorary Senior Representative Secretary;
- the Honorary Junior Representative Secretary;
- the Honorary Umpires Secretary;
- the Honorary Coaches Secretary;
- the Honorary Girls’ Development Officer;
- the Honorary Member Protection Officer; and
- three councillors who must represent separate member clubs unless any is a Life Member of the Association
The nomination form must be returned BY NO LATER THAN 8:00PM on Tuesday the 19th July 2022 to the Executive Officer of the Association.
Please refer to items 34 (voting) and 35 (proxy votes not permitted) of the Association constitution on who can vote at the AGM.

If your club has a change of office bearers and delegates, please submit a membership form and indicate who the new member will be replacing, as per section 3 (2) of the constitution.
3 (2) An application by a person for membership of the association:
(a) must be made electronically by the Secretary of the member club that person belongs to, on that persons behalf (or other means, if the executive committee so determines) in the form determined by the executive committee, and
(b) must be lodged with the executive officer of the association.
(c) at the first executive committee meeting following receipt of an application made by the Secretary of a member club on behalf of a person who is a member of that club, for membership, the executive officer must refer the application to the executive committee for approval or rejection.
Membership applications need to be sent to the Executive Officer by 6pm on 24th July so that the Executive can meet prior to the AGM for approval.
