All Club Social Night – Information
Our Club end of season Social function is booked and set to go. Details are:
- When: Saturday 4 March 2017, at 7pm
- Where: Dural Country Club, 662A Old Northern Rd, Dural
- Cost: $65 / head or $600 for a table of 10
- What’s included: a two-course dinner, and a fun night of entertainment. You will need to pay for your own drinks.
- Special guest: Kerry ‘Skull’ O’Keeffe, former test cricketer and long-time colourful commentator
- Numbers: Limited to 300 with tickets on sale now – only through the website
How to purchase tickets
Tickets are only available through the website, with payment via Paypal. This follows the same method we use for player registrations. You will need to log into the website using your user account that you created when you registered. If you did not create an account, you can create one now as part of the ticket ordering process.
You can either purchase individual tickets for $65 each or you can purchase a full table of 10 tickets for $600. The seating arrangements will be solely in tables of 10 seats, so if you are purchasing individual tickets, you will have the opportunity to state who you would like to sit with and we will do our best endeavours to accommodate your wishes.
Creating a user account
You can create a user account by following the below steps:
- Click on the Register for an account button at the top of the website
- You will be presented with a form to enter your name, email address and a password
- Your email address will be your user-id for all future log-ins
- The website enforces validation on the strength of your password, so please follow the prompts until your password is deemed strong enough. Tip: You can use an easy to remember word with a space between each letter if you are having trouble (e.g., ‘c r i c k e t’)
- Hit the Create Account button. You will be directed to your account Homepage.
Congratulations – you have created a user account on our website! You will use this account to register to play, to make clothing orders and to purchase tickets. Senior players can also view their historical statistics using their account.
Purchasing tickets
You can purchase tickets from your account Homepage, as follows:
- Log into your account by hitting the Login button at the top of the page, then entering your user-id (your email address) and password
- If you just created your user account above, you will already be logged.
- If you have forgotten your password, just click on the Password reset button, and follow the instructions to reset it.
- Click on the Make a payment menu item. You will be presented with the Nominal Payment screen (see below).
- Select Payment type ‘Social Night Tickets‘ from the drop-down menu. Leave the Partial Payment field blank.
- Select the amount you wish to pay.
- For single tickets, just click the $65 button
- For multiple tickets, just enter an amount in the Other$ box for the number of tickets you wish to buy (e.g., $130 for 2 tickets)
- For purchasing a table of 10 seats, click on the $600 button
- In the Payment note, you can enter any instructions you would like for seating allocation. This maybe the names of people who you are buying tickets for, the names of people you wish to seat with, or the team you wish to sit with (e.g., ‘C2 Blue’, ‘U12 Red’, ‘Kanga SCG’, etc)
- If you are purchasing a table of 10 ticket, it will be your responsibilty to collect money from your party and to ensure you can fill the table seating
- Check that the amount shown for ‘Total’ reflects the amount you are paying, then hit the Submit button
- You will be taken to the Paypal payment screen where you will follow the instructions to finalise your payment.
- You will receive an email receipt which is your ticket for the night. Please bring a copy along when you arrive at the club.
