After 26 years we are about to have a new Constitution. While this can make most people’s eyes glaze it is at the heart of the way we operate – it governs everything we do so it is important. A Special General Meeting is coming up where every Club Member, over 18 is entitled to hear what is proposed and vote on its acceptance – the document is attached. Details of the meeting are:

• When – Wednesday 20^th November
• Where – WPH Sports Club
• Time – 7.30 pm

So everyone is invited to come along and be part of this important part of determining the way our Club will operate in the future.
