To All Life Members, Clubs and all HK&HDCA Members,

Please be advised that the Executive Committee of HK&HDCA is issuing a notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM), as per the current Constitution of the Association, to be held on 9th July 2019 commencing at 7.30pm at Hornsby RSL. The single Agenda item of the SGM is to consider and vote on the adoption of a new Constitution for HK&HDCA Incorporated. A copy of the Constitution to be presented at the SGM and notes pertaining to the proposed Constitution are attached.

The motions passed at the HK&HDCA Executive meeting on 11th June 2019 relating to the calling of this SGM were:

“The Executive accept the Draft Constitution of HK&HDCA with the amendments of the 11th June 2019 Executive Meeting and to present this at a Special General Meeting”

Motion: “The Executive agree to call a Special General Meeting on 9th July 2019 with 21 days’ notice to accept the 11th June 2019 version of the new constitution”
