We invite Club Representatives, Association Executive/Council Members and Association Life Members to attend the HKHDCA Strategic Planning session.  In particular, it is imperative we have club representatives currently responsible for In2Cricket, Junior Boys and Girls from each club attend because growing our player participation for those 5 to 16 years of age is critical to our future success.  The details of the session are below:

Please find attached the identified strategic pillars discussion paper which will form as a starting point for plans to develop what our Association looks like in 3 years time enabling growth in players numbers at your clubs.   During the afternoon we will be breaking into smaller discussion groups to develop the ideas and suggestions for each strategic pillar with the objective of achieving growth in player numbers.

For this meeting, please come prepared with ideas/suggestions for how each of the strategic pillars can be improved so that we frame our thinking about growing the sport of cricket within the Association.
