Dear Juniors Committee Members,

Presentation day doesn’t seem that long ago and I am hoping you are all enjoying your winter sports.

It is time for our club Juniors AGM, and propose we hold this on Tuesday, June 19th at 7.30pm at the Sports Club.

Could you please reply to Steve and myself and indicate your availability, and whether you intend to volunteer once more for the 2018-19 season.

There will be two main agenda items;

• Dissolve and re-elect positions on the junior committee
• Discuss planning for registrations and start of 2018-19 season (Registration Day will be Sunday 5^th August)

Steve could you please check if we can get a room for this meeting at the Sports Club?

Ross could you please add this to our usual club communication channels, for anyone who may wish to attend.
