The Association has made some great changes to the Junior and Senior Competitions this season. The major changes are:

Rule changes

Juniors

  • U8s to U10s will be using the Cricket Australia Pathways
  • For older Age groups, games will start 30 minutes earlier making it easier for older age groups top get to Senior games
  • 32 over games will be reduced to 25 overs a side for U11s – U13s
  • For u16s, overs will be reduced from 55 / day to 50 overs / day
  • We will at last have the full season draw available at the beginning of the season.

Seniors

  • Games reduced to 70 overs / day (-5) to allow games to finish on time

These are all very good changes and will make games that much more enjoyable.
