Quiet achiever
Congratulations to our latest NSWPSSA – Veer Tangri (U14 Gold).
Veer was recently selected for the NSWPSSA side that competes in the Nationals at Newcastle later this year. Veer captained the Combined Independent Schools (CIS) side and played Blast with us from a 5-year-old.
What makes this extra special is that Veer is also a founder of Golden Wickets , a charity dedicated to collecting and distributing used sporting equipment to children in need. His efforts have resulted in him receiving recognition from the MSW Parliament and a Channel 9 News item.
If anyone would like to reach out to Veer and donate equipment or much needed funding then you can contact him via Golden Wickets website.
Well done Veer and good luck in the Nationals later in 2026.
