- Steve has held many Leadership roles. His energy and enthusiasm has been consistently outstanding:
- Seniors Director – 2016/17 & 2017/18
- Seniors Registrar – 2021/22 to 23/24
- Seniors Captain – numerous Teams
- Junior Blast Coach
- Steve has also been a key member of the Seniors Selection Committee for a number of years due to his knowledge of the players, ‘One Club’ approach and having the respect (and ear) of the Captains and Senior players across the Club.
A good description of Steve is that if a bridge needed to be built between different opinions then Steve was there to build it. If a problem needed to be fixed then Steve would be there to fix it without being asked.
Association
Steve has been an Association delegate at various times throughout his playing career. His most important contribution has been on the Senior Competition Committee (SCC) where he has played a significant role in supporting the SCC Chair.
