In Junior Cricket, shared opportunity for all, judged over a full season, is our Charter. While Premierships are to be celebrated, cricket is a game – not a battle to be won at all costs.

Poor behaviours that we ignore are behaviours we accept. Success is measured by positive experiences, encouragement, and a culture that celebrates effort as much as achievement. Team success is reflected in players returning next season.

To protect our culture, breaches of behaviour standards / non‑compliance with Club policies may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from our Club.
