  • President – 1980/81 to 1982/1983;
  • Secretary – 1983/84;
  • Finance Director (Treasurer) – 1984/85;
  • Secretary / Director Operations – 1985/86 to current. The Club has circa 800 players covering All Abilities, Blast, Girls Only, Juniors Mixed & Seniors All-Age;
  • 4 x President’s Award winner: 1983/84; 1984/85; 1991/92 & 1998/99
  • Highest run scorer in Club history;
  • Premiership winning Captain (1st Club x A2 Premiership);
  • Ross Anderson Trophy (U11 Rising Star Award instituted 2016/17);
  • Along with Arthur Souter, led the establishment of Kanga Cricket (1990) & Girls Cricket 1995)
  • Led the name change from West Pennant Hills CC to West Pennant Hills Cherrybrook CC (1993)
  • Developed and implemented the Club strategy that included ‘One Club’ with organic growth through Junior development
  • Led development of the 1st Club internet site (1999) and numerous iterations
  • Wrote our Club Code of Conduct
  • Club History:
    • wrote and maintained our definitive history that involved countless hours of research
    • developed our Club Wisden with Dave Carey
  • Established Schools Clinics (2008) & ongoing Schools relationships
  • Co-ordinated our Club-wide approach to Covid-19 that involved adherence to significant regulatory obligations
  • As at the 2025/26 season, Ross was actively involved in the Club administration that has provided cricket for over 27,000 people within the local Community covering: Blast (3,310 players); Girls (1,400); Juniors Mixed (14,100) & Seniors (6,690).
