- Coaching Director – 2008/09 to 2012/13 (commenced the first coaching clinics using Coaches from Northern Districts 1st Grade players)

- Member of the Greenway Park Sports Club Centre Organising Committee (opened 30 March 2021) and led Stage 2 of Greenway 2 building development Committee.
Association:
- Executive Member – 2014/2015
- Senior Vice President – 2017/18 to 2018/19
- President – 2018/19 to 2023/24 (1st WPHCCC person to hold this position). Achievements include:
- building a collaborative and forward looking organisation with proper succession management
- rebuilding the relationship with Cricket NSW
- alignment of Junior cricket with Cricket Australia Pathways in partnership with Rob Hanich (Life Member #24)
- Led the Association with distinction during COVID-19 seasons (2020/21 to 2021/22). This was one of the most challenging periods in the Association history since the competition was suspended during the WWII years.

Apart from this long list of achievements, Andrew has been a visionary with a Leadership approach that brings people along with change programs in an environment that has been traditionally resisted change. His Association leadership through the Covid-19 pandemic will long be remembered as being pivotal in a collaborative approach that has left a lasting legacy.
