WPH Sports Club co-branded digital Membership card

It is almost here.

The WPH Sports Club, our ‘home’ away from the playing field, is about to launch a new co-branded digital membership card. This is a pilot initiative involving just WPHC members until it is rolled out more broadly across all Sports Club members.

The key point is that the Sports Club will support us through sponsorship based on how strongly our members support the Sports Club. This creates a genuine two‑way partnership.

The new co-branded card offers many benefits:

• 20% discounts across bar, restaurant & café
• $20k badge draw access
• $10 in bonus points to spend in the Club for every member who downloads their new digital card.

Our expectation is that everyone over 18 who is a registered WPHC player or family member of a player signs-up to be a Sports Club member.

Next steps

We are about 2-weeks away from launch so keep a lookout for more information and be part of something new and exciting.

Coaches’ Association School Holiday Junior Cricket Clinic

The Association is again running their popular School Holiday Junior Cricket (2-day) clinics. Details are:

• When:
  • Monday 28 & Tuesday 29 September 2026
  • Wednesday 7^th & Thursday 8^th October 2026
• Where: Mark Taylor Oval, Waitara
• Time: 8.30am – 2.00pm each day
• Ages: boys & Girls aged 6 to 14 years
• Cost:
  • $160 / registration & $295 if a sibling also registers (1 Clinic)
  • $275 / registration & $500 with a sibling (both Clinics)

During the past 16 years, the Coaches’ Association has conducted 95 successful school holiday cricket clinics, which are designed for boys and girls aged from 6 – 14 years. They cater for all standards from beginners to representative level players.

All Girls Colour Bash

• When:    Tuesday 29^th September
• Time:     10am – 2pm
• Where:  Normanhurst Oval
• Cost:      $Nil

For girls aged 5 – 12 wanting to try cricket for the first time with their friends!

Free for participants and includes cricket activities + a colour run and water balloons Register here

Holiday Bash

• When:    Wednesday 30^th September
• Time:     9am – 3pm
• Where:  Mark Taylor Oval, Waitara
• Cost:      $59 for the full day with current early bird pricing of $49 till the 14^th September

For boys and girls aged 5 – 10 for blast like activities and a fun intro to cricket!
